I have chosen here to rest, to close my eyes and never see the dawn. I am tired, so tired, and will welcome the longest, deepest sleep. I hope my companions found rest in their final moments. Between us all, we will keep the secret.

I wonder if we shouldn't have left it buried. If we should have brought it back to the village for all to see. What wonders, what secrets, could we reveal? Answers to questions we never knew we had. Now, between the four of us, that secret lays buried. I wonder if that is our greatest mistake?

They say you cannot take it with you, yet people certainly try. Kings, pharaohs and emperors are all buried with enough gold to keep a kingdom running for years. So, if they cannot take it with them, maybe someone else can. That someone, is me. There is treasure in Fellhollow, even though the villagers claim otherwise. The richest of them bury their gold with flimsy clues so that their descendants may uncover their riches and live as kings. I'm sure I'm related to one of them, somewhere down the line, so I figure I'm as entitled to that wealth as anyone else. I don't know where the treasure is buried, but others have gone looking. Four others have sought these riches and between them I'm sure those riches lie.

We have plundered the very depths of Fellhollow and perhaps we have dug too deep? What lays buried should stay buried. Each of us turned from the other, back to back and walked away. Not one of us alone knows the location, only together will the secret be revealed. And we are no longer talking.
