Seek out one of these lurking horrors, wrest its tongue from its snapping maw, and bring it to me. Only then can we compel the dead to answer. The objective is to bring 1× tongue of mimic. All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to Fortune Teller in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing Is it you? before it becomes available from Fortune Teller. Completing Tongue Twister rewards 30 Gold, 2x Arcane Essence, 40 XP, Alchemist Affinity +10.
