Feathered Fortune

Feathered Fortune is a Dark and Darker quest assigned by the Goblin Merchant merchant, part of the Spooky Adventures quest line. Me be havin no luck lately. Fetch me a lucky feather from dem nasty birdies to change me luck. There are 2 objectives to complete: Bring 1× Cockatrices Lucky Feather; Kill 5× Cockatrice. All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to Goblin Merchant in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing One Eyed Foe before it becomes available from Goblin Merchant. Completing Feathered Fortune rewards 150 Gold, Random Epic Armor, 300 XP, GoblinMerchant Affinity +25. The quest is completed in Ruins. Merchant quests in Dark and Darker are one of the most consistent gold and experience sources in the game, independent of loot luck on the Trading Post. Completing the full Goblin Merchant quest chain unlocks higher reward tiers and increases merchant affinity, which can affect prices and open additional quest tiers in future seasons.
