There are 3 objectives to complete: Kill 5× Tidewalker Clubfighter; Kill 5× Tidewalker Boomerang; Kill 3× Tidewalker Spearer. All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to Navigator in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing Trial of Worth before it becomes available from Navigator. Completing Brawler of the Sea rewards 100 XP, 125 Gold, 2x Arcane Essence.
