There are 4 objectives to complete: Bring 2× Diamond (Rare); Bring 2× Ruby (Rare); Bring 2× Emerald (Rare); Bring 2× Blue Sapphire (Rare). All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to Nightmare Mummy in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing Where the Dead Whisper before it becomes available from Nightmare Mummy. Completing What I Truly Desired rewards 50x Cursed Bandage, 2x Arcane Essence, Random Rare Armor, Random Rare Armor, 250 XP, NightmareMummy Affinity +50.
