They say screams can be heard throughout the Forgotten Castle. Of course, that place has never been silent—I know that well. However... they claim these are the screams of a woman. Yet, there were no female adventurers present. Could you verify whether this is merely a rumor or something real? There are 3 objectives to complete: Stay in Square A for 60s; Stay in Pyramid for 60s; Stay in Brimstone Bridge for 60s. All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to Surgeon in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing Verification of Medical Supplies before it becomes available from Surgeon. Completing Whose Scream Is It? rewards 200 Gold, Random Epic Weapon, Random Epic Armor, 2x Arcane Essence, 500 XP. The quest is completed in Ruins.
