Iron Tight

Iron Tight is a Dark and Darker quest assigned by the Treasurer merchant, part of the Signs Within quest line. Deep below The Forgotten Castle lies an iron door sealed shut. It is known to be heavily guarded... but the reason why is still unknown. I need you to go find out what that reason might be. The objective is to interact with iron door ×1. All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to Treasurer in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing Throne of the Forsaken before it becomes available from Treasurer. Completing Iron Tight rewards 150 Gold, Random Rare Weapon, Random Rare Armor, 350 XP. The quest is completed in Ruins. Merchant quests in Dark and Darker are one of the most consistent gold and experience sources in the game, independent of loot luck on the Trading Post. Completing the full Treasurer quest chain unlocks higher reward tiers and increases merchant affinity, which can affect prices and open additional quest tiers in future seasons.
