- OditeDymones tells me you're tracking down the cause of the strange occurrences.
- PhernosThat is correct. Those spirits were the remnants of dark magic used by the high priestess we're searching for.
- CaelidCan you tell us when they first appeared? We heard that you saw the high priestess, too.
- OditeIt hasn't been long. It was as soon as the Illusion Barrier disappeared.
- I saw that woman around the same time. She led a swarm of butterflies.
- PhernosIt must be Reda! Butterflies are Kaisinel's symbol.

- Where did you spot her?
- OditeNot too far from here. To the south. You'll come across a strange barrier if you go a little deeper.
- PhernosIt is likely Reda is hiding behind that barrier. I do not expect she'll gladly let us in, either.
- Let us look around for Reda's barrierstone. Destroying that could destroy the barrier.
- OditeThere is a barrierstone nearby. As well as some ancient tablets that might help.
- CaelidAncient tablets?
- OditeThey have the history of Altamia Canyon recorded on them.
- This place was witness to many secrets and tragedies. When a problem arises, looking to the past can often provide a solution.
- CaelidAll right. Phernos, come with me to look at the barrier.
- Daeva, you should hunt down the barrierstone. Take a look at the tablets Odite mentioned as well.
- OditeThere might be more dark spiritstones nearby as well. Please destroy them.
- CaelidLet's split up here. Daeva, I'll contact you via Selvis as soon as we find the barrier.
- CaelidDaeva, have you found the barrierstone?
- We've located the barrier. It's to the southeast of the Canyon Campsite.
- PhernosThere was no barrierstone belonging to Reda.
- CaelidWhat happens now, Phernos? Is there no other way to destroy the barrier?
- PhernosHmm... The energy of this barrier is at once familiar yet alien. It could not have been created through regular magic.
- Daeva, try placing your hand on it.
- PhernosAs expected... both she and the magic she uses have changed. Dispelling this barrier is beyond my knowledge.
- CaelidIf there's no way to dispel the barrier, what do we do now?
- PhernosLet us return to the village. I would also like to discuss those stone tablets.
- Meslamtaeda's poison and petrified priests... Perhaps there is something we can learn there.
- DymonesAny success?
- PhernosWe found the barrier. It is remarkably strong.
- And of Reda's making, there is no longer any doubt of that.
- The barrier is not down yet, but... I have a plan. I will take a moment to gather my thoughts.

The Dragon Lord Meslamtaeda reigned with iron fists of death and fear. He held deep contempt for humans and Daeva alike, eventually resulting in the fall of Zumion. First among Daeva and clerics alike, AION granted Zumion both a temple and a holy relic known as the Warding Feather. Together with her priests, Zumion used this temple to honor AION and teach other Daeva. During this time, Dragon Lord Meslamtaeda had…Leggi la nota completa
