Mel Tips
Here are the top tips for Mel in League of Legends patch 25.21. These tips are provided by MetaBot from Mel gameplay analysis, and also include gameplay tips recommended by Riot Games when available. These Mel tips will help you climb the elo ladder in ranked matches.
Searing Brilliance
Whenever Mel uses an ability, she gains three bonus projectiles (up to nine maximum) on her next attack.
When Mel deals damage through an ability or attack, she applies Overwhelm, which can stack infinitely. If the enemy is hit by Mel with enough Overwhelm damage, the stacks are consumed to execute the target.
Radiant Volley
Mel fires a barrage of projectiles that explode around a target location, dealing damage repeatedly to enemies within the area.

Mel Tips
- Mel has a much higher early late game win rate than their late game win rate. Take advantage of this by playing aggressive early on and trying to snowball through kills.
- Mel has a greater attack range than most champions. Take advantage of this by poking with autos at max range whenever you get the chance, and back off to maintain that max range distance to maximize trades.
- Mel has more mana regen than most champions, making their playstyle optimal for aggressive trades in lane.

- Mel can reflect enemy projectiles, including powerful spells. Wait until she casts Rebuttal before throwing powerful projectiles her way.
- The more Mel hits you, the more Overwhelm stacks she applies. If your health drops too low her next hit will kill you, so back off for a couple seconds to let the Overwhelm stacks fall off.
