Rell Runes

The top Rell runes in LoL patch 25.21 are Aftershock, Font of Life, Second Wind, Unflinching for Rell's primary runes. Rell's runes in his secondary tree best utilizes Biscuit Delivery and Cosmic Insight. These Rell rune choices provide the best Rell rune build for ranked.
