You'd be surprised at how tasty an eight-ounce cactus, medium-rare can be.
Wpis w dzienniku: Seared Cactus Steak
Look, not everyone gets to tuck into a redberry pie every night. Sometimes you have to make do, using the resources you have to hand. A cactus steak is very much 'making do': it's prickly to prepare, as you might expect, and tough to eat.
It's the kind of meal that makes a garou cub eyeroll and ask whether something other than cactus steak will be on the menu tomorrow. It doesn't matter that it's what nutritionists call a 'superfood', offering some alphabetical variety of vitamins. It's just not particularly exciting or flavoursome, and you might find your cubs making excuses to be elsewhere at dinnertime.
