Transcension involves implanting a Sha-Chi generating device into the body, along with a degree of physical modification. This allows artificial Sha-Chi to flow endlessly through the user's organs and meridians, filling the body in quantities far beyond what an ordinary martial artist could achieve.

The greater the user's mastery of martial arts and the deeper their experience, the more power they can draw out through Transcension.

But Sha-Chi gained in this way gradually erodes the user's mind, eventually reducing the user to a mindless killing machine.
