Phantom Brew description
The illusionist who created this remedy was cast out by the Mandate. Uninterested in martial arts, he devoted himself to Esoteric Arts and medicine. From half an ancient manuscript, he learned that true Phantom Arts can blur illusion and reality, deceiving even the world around him.
