Vex Runes

The top Vex runes in LoL patch 25.21 are Arcane Comet, Axiom Arcanist, Transcendence, Gathering Storm for Vex's primary runes. Vex's runes in his secondary tree best utilizes Cheap Shot and Ultimate Hunter. These Vex rune choices provide the best Vex rune build for ranked.
