| Zone | In-game description |
|---|---|
| Ancient Zumion Temple Site | The site of a temple was built to honor Zumion, the first Daeva, when AION was whole and Elysea and Asmodae were one. It was blessed by AION and flourished as a holy place for many years, but fell into ruin after the war. |
| Cohta Outpost | An outpost garrisoned by low-level Balaur troops, serving as a watchtower over the Ellun River Midstream and Verteron Fortress Ruins. Any Shugo or Daeva seen passing by will likely be attacked solely for entertainment. |
| Forest Shade Execution Site | The hideout of Selmar and his fellow Daeva, who are driven by delusions to mercilessly attack innocent Daeva. They believe themselves to be the only true Daeva, and all Daeva who pass through to be their enemies. |
| Gargos Thieves Campsite | A band of thieves settled in the Pilgrim's Ridge. Their main targets are the residents of Zumion Village and pilgrims traveling to and from there. In addition to robbing pilgrims of their goods, they are also known to enjoy kidnap and blackmail. |
| Maktashan Outpost | An outpost occupied by the Balaur. A site of fierce battles between Balaur and Davea in the past, following their victory, it is now used by the Balaur as an observation post to monitor the Ellun River Marsh. |
| Mantasch Patrol Base | A base for members of the Nahid Brigade patrolling the Kraka Footpath, with a particular focus on the direction of Zumion Village. It also serves as a hub for gathering small amounts of Drana generated in the outskirts and transporting it in bulk to the Nahid… |
| Plateau Hill Base | A base for legionnaire outlaws. They attempted to raid Zumion Village, but were repelled by the Notos Legion and ended up settling here. They make a living looting supplies traveling to and from the highland and raid Notos Legion bases. |
| Poacher's Base | A group that hunts indiscriminately in Tolbas Forest. They do not hesitate to attack other humans or Shugo. Recently, they are trying to cultivate Hallucinogenic Mushrooms, a rare and dangerous plant. |
| Renegade Hideout | A hideout for Daeva who betrayed the Notos Legion. Instead of fighting the Balaur, they now ambush and rob pilgrims on the road. The looted supplies are piled throughout the hideout. |
| Sabga Balaur Campsite | A Balaur Prison Compound located along the Kraka Footpath. Due to its environment being well-suited for incubation of Dratona, it is currently used as a temporary hatching ground. |
| Sehna Outpost | An outpost of a chasing unit of Balaur, tasked with killing experiments that escape from the stronghold or run amok. |
| Ugaros Thieves Campsite | A Thieves Camp led by Ugaros. They are building their own castle with the wealth they have accumulated by looting nearby trading companies and villagers. |
| Kraka Footpath | A hill named after a legendary Tursin Krall chieftain. Also serving as a path to the Drana Plantation and the Balaur Stronghold, its proximity to these locations means there is a significant risk of encountering Balaur minions. |
| Eastern Cantas Valley | The eastern region of the Cantas Valley. Groups of refugees attempting to flee to the Dawn Legion often pass through. The area is relatively dangerous due to the lack of Dawn Legion presence. |
| Western Cantas Valley | The western region of the Cantas Valley. Since Odylium was discovered here and a number of collectors were installed, it has long served as a key source of Odylium for the Daeva for some time. The Dawn Legion has repaired the collectors and is gathering the… |
| Contaminated Marsh | A contaminated marsh downstream of the Ellun River flowing through Verteron, now uninhabitable due to the wastewater from the Balaur's Drana Plantation. |
| Anguish Hill | A hilly area along the middle stretches of Ellun River. Daeva who scattered across Verteron following various defeats against the Balaur rallied together, seeking a chance to strike back. Ultimately, they perished without ever even crossing these hills. |
| Ellun River Meadow | A grassland located between the Eastern Cantas Valley and the Ellun River Marsh. The area still remains unpolluted and pristine. |
| Ellun River Midstream | The middle stretches of the Ellun River, which flows through Verteron. It has a relatively clean environment. |
| Destroyed Abyss Gate | An Abyss Gate once located above Verteron Fortress. When the Fortress fell, the gate was also attacked and destroyed. An Abyss Rift appeared for a time afterward, but has now subsided. Klaw from the Abyss Rift have settled in the area. |
| Northern Tolbas Forest | The northern part of Tolbas Forest, adjacent to the Verteron Fortress Ruins. Dangerous animals and plants can be found here. |
| Southern Tolbas Forest | The southern part of Tolbas Forest, and a popular hiding place for bandits and marauders. |
