Hmph-hmph codex entry

The game's own description of this enemy.

Thread-Binding killers wearing a Big-Head Doll Headpiece. The steel windmill in their hands spins of its own accord. They often hold it upside down in front of themselves, sweeping and slicing with its momentum. Their movements resemble those of a child, hopping and darting about, occasionally letting out an indistinct hum.

These killers firmly believe that children will not be punished even when they harbor evil thoughts. So they have worn the headpieces for years, imitating the words and actions of children and allowing both their bodies and minds to regress. Far from being ashamed, they take pride in it, convinced that they are one step closer to regaining their youth.
