Doctor's Orders is a Dark and Darker quest assigned by the Alchemist merchant, part of the Pending Diagnosis quest line. It seems my brother's medical supplies are running dangerously low. Expected. You should be able to find more in the crates within the Forgotten Castle. The objective is to bring 1× surgical kit. All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to Alchemist in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing What Cannot be Heard before it becomes available from Alchemist. Completing Doctor's Orders rewards 75 Gold, 6x Healing Potion, 6x Bandage, 125 XP. The quest is completed in Ice Cavern, Goblin Caves, Ruins or Ship Graveyard.
