Like a lucid dream, it will let you see the world from a new perspective. No one will ever know who you truly are, so there is no need to hesitate. Simply pay a trivial price, and savor the sweetest fruit. The objective is to deal 100 damage. All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to Dealmaker in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing Where The Dead Whisper before it becomes available from Dealmaker. Completing What I Truly Desired rewards 4x Antiquated Coin. The quest is completed in Ice Cavern, Goblin Caves, Ruins or Ship Graveyard.
