Metabot.GG Desktop 3.1.0 Is Here: Skill Profiles, Goal Tracking, and Vibes

MetaBot

Version 3.1.0 is our biggest MetaBot Desktop update in a while, and it’s all pointed at one thing: helping you actually get better at the games you love. This release adds a personal Skill Profile that grades your play, a Goal Tracking system that turns “I should improve my CS” into something you can check off, and Vibes — a built-in music player so you can set the mood without alt-tabbing to another app. Here’s everything that’s new and why we think you’ll want to update today.

Skill Profiles: Know where you actually stand

Most stat tools throw a wall of numbers at you and call it a day. Skill Profiles do the opposite. MetaBot Desktop now looks across your recent matches and distills them into a single, easy-to-read skill score from 0 to 100, complete with a letter grade so you can tell at a glance whether you’re trending toward the top of your bracket or leaving points on the table.

The magic is in the benchmarking. Rather than comparing you to some abstract “perfect” player, your Skill Profile measures your performance against others at your rank — the people you’re genuinely competing with. That context is what turns raw numbers into something useful. A stat isn’t just “good” or “bad” in a vacuum; it’s good or bad for where you’re trying to go.

Pro members get an extra layer of insight with three deeper panels. Skill Trajectory charts how your score is moving over time so you can see whether your grind is paying off. Win Factors surfaces the specific parts of your game that correlate most with your wins, so you know what to protect and what to lean into. And Mastery vs. Meta shows how your comfort picks stack up against what’s currently strong, helping you decide when to one-trick and when to adapt.

Goal Tracking: Turn insights into an actual to-do list

Knowing what to improve is only half the battle — the other half is remembering to work on it. That’s where Goal Tracking comes in. MetaBot Desktop can now generate goals for you automatically based on your Skill Profile, so the app quietly points you toward the improvements that’ll move your score the most.

Every goal lives in a simple, satisfying lifecycle: active → completed → archived. As you play, MetaBot tracks your progress in the background, and when you hit a target, it moves into your Completed Goals trophy case — a running record of everything you’ve worked through. It’s a small thing, but watching that case fill up is genuinely motivating.

We also added a notification bell right in the header so your goals follow you everywhere in the app, not just on one buried settings page. When a goal completes or a new one is worth your attention, you’ll know. The whole system is designed to make improvement feel less like homework and more like leveling up.

Vibes: Focus music, built right in

Sometimes the difference between a tilted queue and a locked-in session is the right soundtrack. Vibes is our new built-in music player, tucked into the top bar so it’s always a click away. Hit play, pick a track, and get in the zone — no second app, no browser tab eating your memory, no ads interrupting a clutch moment.

We curated a library of 15 focus-friendly tracks that are cleared for use with no attribution required, so you never have to think about licensing or awkward silences. The music streams from our CDN the first time you play it and then caches to your machine, so replays are instant and you’re not re-downloading the same song every session. There’s a hover-to-reveal volume slider for quick adjustments, and closing the player fully stops playback — it won’t keep humming along in the background after you’ve dismissed it.

Vibes is intentionally lightweight. It’s meant to sit quietly alongside everything else MetaBot does — overlays, post-game analysis, your Skill Profile — without getting in the way of the game itself.

Polish under the hood

Beyond the headline features, 3.1.0 includes a round of stability and quality-of-life improvements across the app — smoother navigation, snappier page loads, and a handful of fixes to keep your stats and post-game breakdowns accurate. As always, these little refinements add up to an experience that just feels better to use day to day.

How to get the update

MetaBot Desktop updates automatically, so most players will be on 3.1.0 the next time they launch the app. If you want it right now, restart MetaBot Desktop or grab the latest build from our download page. New here? MetaBot Desktop is a free companion for League of Legends, TFT, Valorant, and more — live overlays, post-game insights, and now a personal Skill Profile to help you climb.

We build MetaBot alongside its community, and Skill Profiles, Goal Tracking, and Vibes all came out of conversations with players like you. Give 3.1.0 a spin, set your first goal, queue up a track, and let us know what you think. See you in the next patch.
