Dukes of the Dead is a Dark and Darker quest assigned by the Leathersmith merchant, part of the Midnight Stories quest line. Death’s lieutenants have corrupted every corner of The Forgotten Castle. Eliminating them will deliver an irreparable blow to their evil. This is just the beginning of cleansing our land. There are 4 objectives to complete: Kill 1× Demon Berserker; Kill 1× Centaur Demon; Kill 1× Dreadspine; Kill 1× Wraith. All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to Leathersmith in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing Whispers in the Ruins before it becomes available from Leathersmith. Completing Dukes of the Dead rewards 150 Gold, Random Epic Armor, 350 XP.
