Fortune's Favor

Fortune's Favor is a Dark and Darker quest assigned by the The Collector merchant, part of the Far From Finished quest line. I received a request from the Fortune Teller, but of course she asked for an item I passed on to another collector not long ago. I have a few favors to ask of her myself, and I would rather not lose her goodwill over something so trivial. I will need to acquire it again. Would you help me? It should not be too difficult to find. The objective is to bring 1× wooden mask. All progress requires a successful extraction — items retrieved or kills made during a failed run do not count toward quest completion. Once every objective is fulfilled, return to The Collector in the lobby to turn in the quest and receive the reward. This quest requires completing Collector's List before it becomes available from The Collector. Completing Fortune's Favor rewards 30 Gold, 2x Arcane Essence, 40 XP. The quest is completed in Ice Cavern, Goblin Caves, Ruins or Ship Graveyard. Merchant quests in Dark and Darker are one of the most consistent gold and experience sources in the game, independent of loot luck on the Trading Post. Completing the full The Collector quest chain unlocks higher reward tiers and increases merchant affinity, which can affect prices and open additional quest tiers in future seasons. The Far From Finished chain provides a structured progression path through the The Collector quest tree, and finishing each quest in order is the fastest route to the higher value objectives later in the line.
