A dangerous individual has been sighted!
Distinguishing features:
- an extravagant jacket with the hood pulled up, covered in colourful patches (no military insignia observed)
- a peculiar iron mask with oddly glowing elements
- one arm appears to be nothing but a skeleton - and a metal one at that!
- a massive, deadly blade that glows with an inner light with every strike
The individual moves across rooftops and walls with incredible agility, dispatching opponents with a single blow. They seem to defy gravity itself, moving like... a ghost.
