I don’t know if Bakir has always been this mad, or if years of feasting on humans have made him who he is. Either way, he’s a monster. He doesn’t just despise humans – he makes them into his playthings. His Lunar Tournament – the sick games he lures people into taking part in, end every single time in a bloodbath.

You can find Bakir at The Silts in The Blood of Dawnwalker — the map below marks the exact spot the game spawns them on.
Bakir keeps to The Silts, Svartrau City, The Cathedral Complex, Rockfalls, Parlita and Silberstein both by day and by night, so there is no need to wait for the clock to turn. Bakir turns up across 6 regions over the course of the story rather than staying in one village.
The precise pin comes straight from the game files; the wider circles mark regions Bakir appears in, not exact spots. The Silts is built for levels 29 to 37, which is roughly when you will pass through on the way.

4 markers sit at the centre of a region rather than on an exact spot. The game records which region a character belongs to, not a precise coordinate, so treat those circles as a search area.
