My dearest, loveliest serfs,
I hope this letter finds you in good health – or, at the very least, alive, in contrast to some of your comrades. I am saddened by their recent deaths (how untimely!), but also somewhat angered – they all died by the hand of a single man…? (the incompetence!).
Should you come face to face with the enemy, give it your best and fight to the last. If you fail me… Oh, I won’t ruin the surprise!
