People of Vale Sangora!
Let it be known that by his Royal Highness's decree, the village of Laslea shall be exempt from the blood tax or any other tax. Its inhabitants shall not be drafted into any future war efforts. Lastly, they shall not receive any aid from the Crown if a need arises.
This is the will of Prince Brencis.
