   Unlocks an additional powerful magical attack at the end of staff magic combos.

   Runic RefundPerk

   Your greater understanding of magic gives you a 30% chance to preserve runes when attacking with magic.

   Fire MagicPerk

   Wield the destructive force of fire. Equip Fire runes to deal medium damage to enemies in a large area and build up burning on them to reduce them to ash.

   Distract your enemies by leaving behind an illusionary image for a short time when you use your first Surge Charge.
