TFT Community Comps FAQ
What is the best TFT comp right now?
In our match data (16.20) Elder Dragon · 6 Riftbeast · 2 Brawler performs best among the most played comps, with a 2.32 average placement over 1,928 games. The community comps here are players' own takes, many of them built from comps like that one.
What are TFT community comps?
Team compositions written by TFT players: a final board with stars and items, an optional leveling plan, augment picks and a guide. Anyone can vote on them, and MetaBot app users' real placements are tracked for each one.
How do I publish my own comp?
Sign in, open Create a comp, pick the set, then build your board (or start from a meta comp or your Team Builder board). Add items, a leveling plan and a few tips, and publish. It's free.
Where do community results come from?
When someone plays a comp they viewed or pinned in the MetaBot desktop app and their final board matches at least 70% of its units, their placement is added to that comp. Each game counts once.
Can I make comps for older sets?
Yes. Pick any set we support when you create a comp. Comps for past sets stay as their authors built them, and you can remix any comp for the current set: units, items and augments with the same name carry over.
How do I share a comp?
Every comp has its own link. Use Share to copy it or post it to X or Reddit, or copy the Team Planner code and paste it into the TFT client.
