Tell us what you want from a champion and we'll show who actually delivers it on Patch 26.19. Every list comes from real games (160,342 ranked games plus 95,225 lane-phase games) and uses a confidence-adjusted score, so a hot streak on a few dozen games can't top a list.

On Patch 26.19, Wukong (Jungle) leads our beginner list: the League client rates it Low difficulty and it wins 55.2% of 721 games in Iron to Silver. Seraphine, Renekton round out the top three.
Lane by lane in Iron to Gold on Patch 26.19: Top: Sion (55.6%), Jungle: Bel'Veth (56.2%), Mid: Yone (53.0%), Bot: Miss Fortune (52.5%), Support: Seraphine (53.0%). Each is its lane's top pick by confidence-adjusted win rate, with at least a 1% pick rate.
Win-rate lists rank champions by the low end of their 95% win-rate range (a Wilson lower bound), so a high win rate needs enough games behind it, and only lane regulars (at least 1% pick rate) qualify. The 1v1, snowball and comeback lists use lane-phase data: solo kills and gold leads at 15 minutes, and how often a lead or deficit at 15 turned into a win.
