Aniimo Talents
40 named talents read from the game files, the 4 personality axes behind them, 6 tiered inborn talents and the 8 natures — with each talent's effect, rarity and, for 8 of them, the Homeland job it speeds up.
All talents (40)
Talents are passive bonuses an Aniimo is born with. 8 are rare (Relatively emotional, Relatively introverted, Relatively methodical, Relatively outgoing, Relatively Playful); 8 also boost a Homeland job.

The four personality axes
An Aniimo's personality is not a single label. The game scores it on 4 independent axes, and each axis has two opposing sides with three strengths. The 8 letters come from the game's own icon files, and each side raises a different stat — that is why one Aniimo gets P.ATK and its opposite gets M.ATK.
Outgoing or introverted
- Very outgoing — P.ATK up 10%
- Relatively outgoing — P.ATK up 6%
- Somewhat outgoing — P.ATK up 3%
- Very introverted — M.ATK up 10%
- Relatively introverted — M.ATK up 6%
- Somewhat introverted — M.ATK up 3%
Practical or intuitive
- Extremely Intuitive — Increases Crit Rate by 10%
- Very intuitive — Increases Crit Rate by 6%
- Somewhat Intuitive — Increases Crit Rate by 3%
- Very practical — Increases damage by 10%
- Relatively practical — Increases damage by 6%
- Somewhat practical — Increases damage by 3%
Rational or emotional
- Very emotional — M.DEF up 10%
- Relatively emotional — M.DEF up 6%
- Somewhat emotional — M.DEF up 3%
- Very rational — P.DEF up 10%
- Relatively rational — P.DEF up 6%
- Somewhat rational — P.DEF up 3%
Methodical or playful
- Very methodical — HP up 10%
- Relatively methodical — HP up 6%
- Somewhat methodical — HP up 3%
- Very Playful — Increases gusto by 10%
- Relatively Playful — Increases gusto by 6%
- Somewhat Playful — Increases gusto by 3%
Strengths are the game's own: the strongest step is worth roughly three times the weakest. A personality talent shows up in the full list below like any other.
The 8 personality traits
Alongside the axes the game ships 8 plain named traits, one for each of the 8 personality letters. They are the same handful of effects, offered again and again across dozens of roll pools — so how often a trait appears tells you how likely it is to turn up.
Inborn talents (6)
6 inborn effects, each at 3 tiers. These are the flat percentage bonuses an Aniimo is born with, separate from its personality.
The game's own name for these is wrong. On 18 of the 36 rows in this band the name column disagrees with the effect column — the row that reads "Increases HP" is labelled as an elemental damage boost. MetaBot names them by what they actually do and takes only the percentages from the files.
What it raises | Tier I | Tier II | Tier III |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crit Damage | +7.5% | +15% | +22.5% |
| Crit Rate | +5% | +10% | +15% |
| Damage dealt | +5% | +10% | +15% |
| Gusto | +5% | +10% | +15% |
| HP | +5% | +10% | +15% |
| Damage taken (reduced) | +5% | +10% | +15% |
Party talents (2)
2 talents read the rest of your team rather than the Aniimo carrying them, so they are only worth keeping if the team is built for them.
- Extrovert Effort — Increases ATK by 2% when all Aniimo in your party are [I Instinctive] Aniimo.
- [Variant] E Shift — Increases the effect of E traits in the Aniimo’s personality by 50%.
Natures (8)
8 natures describe how an Aniimo behaves.
Natures change nothing mechanically. The game files give each one a description and no stat effect at all, so a nature you dislike is never a reason to release an Aniimo — the personality axes above are what actually move its numbers.
Nature | What it means |
|---|---|
| Aloof | Aloof Aniimo don’t like to show their emotions and feelings, and tend to keep their distance from others. |
| Cautious | Cautious Aniimo always think twice before they do anything. |
| Cheerful | Cheerful Aniimo are often playful and curious. |
| Diligent | Diligent Aniimo are always focused and patient, demonstrating good resilience. |
| Gentle | Gentle Aniimo make others feel comfortable and warm. |
| Impulsive | Impulsive Aniimo have very little patience and are easily angered. |
| Reliable | Reliable Aniimo give others a strong sense of security with their stable personality. |
| Sensitive | Sensitive Aniimo can keenly perceive changes in the surroundings and react immediately. |
Aniimo has 40 named talents in 2 rarity tiers; 8 are rare. Personality is scored on 4 axes of two opposing sides each, and the side decides which stat rises. A further 6 inborn effects come at three tiers each, and the 8 natures carry no stat effect at all. 8 talents also raise work efficiency at a specific Homeland station. For example, Faithful gives "M.DEF +6%" and "Increases Aniimo’s work efficiency by 20% when assigned to [Joy Wheel Loom].".

Aniimo talents FAQ
What are talents in Aniimo?
Talents are passive bonuses an Aniimo has from birth — a stat boost, a damage bonus or a Homeland work bonus. The game files list 40 of them.
How many talents are there?
It depends what you count, which is why numbers differ between sites. The game files hold 342 talent rows: 40 of them are named and described, 210 are unnamed stat entries with no text at all, and the rest are the same effects repeated across roll pools. Structurally it is 4 personality axes, 8 named traits, 6 inborn effects at three tiers each and 2 party talents.
Which talents help in Homeland?
8 talents raise an Aniimo's work efficiency at a named Homeland station; filter the Homeland effect column to see them.
Which talents are rare?
8 talents are rare: Relatively emotional, Relatively introverted, Relatively methodical, Relatively outgoing, Relatively Playful.
How do you get a specific talent?
Talents are rolled when an Aniimo is caught or hatched. Catch or hatch several of the same species and keep the one with the talent you want.
What do Aniimo personalities do?
Each Aniimo is scored on 4 personality axes, and each axis has two opposing sides at three strengths. The side decides which stat goes up — outgoing raises P.ATK where introverted raises M.ATK — and the strength decides by how much. The 8 letters in the table above are the game's own, taken from its icon files.
What are inborn talents?
6 flat percentage bonuses an Aniimo is born with, each at three tiers. They are separate from personality and stack with it. The game's name for these rows contradicts their effect, so MetaBot names them by what they do.
Do natures matter in Aniimo?
No. The 8 natures are flavour: the game files give each one a description and no stat effect whatsoever. What does change an Aniimo's numbers is its personality axes and its inborn talents.
Do Aniimo talents have tiers?
Yes — 6 talents come in tiers with rising values, such as Dark Damage Boost, DMG reduction, Grass Damage Boost, HP.
