How eggs work in Aniimo and a table of all 19 eggs read from the game files: the species each hatches, its incubation time (1 min to 12 h) and where the egg comes from.

How hatching works

Everything the game files record about eggs, from finding one to what hatches from it.

Eggs are items. You find them in the world, receive them as quest rewards or buy them; every egg page lists its sources.
Place an egg in the incubator and wait out its hatch time — from 1 min for the quickest eggs to 12 h for the slowest.
In the current build each egg type hatches exactly one species, so the egg name tells you what you will get.
A hatched Aniimo rolls one of 8 natures. They are flavour only, with no stat changes, and all of them are listed on the talents page: Talents
There is no pairing or parent-based breeding in the game data yet. If a patch adds it, the pair table will appear here.

Not in the current build: the game files contain no parent-pair breeding table. Eggs are found, rewarded or bought, and each hatches a fixed species.

What do natures do in Aniimo?

There are 8 natures (Aloof, Cautious, Cheerful, Diligent, Gentle, Impulsive, Reliable, Sensitive). In the current game data they change the Aniimo's personality text only, with no stat effect.
