Why the S Tier Ranks There

Calculated

Every role’s S tier (and at least its top three) with the inputs behind the score. Each bar is a score out of a possible 115: a segment is what one input earns, and the number after it is that input’s weight.

Homeland

Two kinds of tier on this page: the role tier list above ranks each Aniimo only against its own role, on stats, skills and the game’s picks (S is the top 15% of a role). The stat ladders below rank every form on base stats alone across the whole roster (S is the top 10%, 20 forms on the combat ladder). An Aniimo can be S tier in its role and lower on a stat ladder; the picks on this page use the role tier.

Combat ladder — top 30

All 196 ranked forms by weighted combat stats. Prismana forms share their parent's stats and are not ranked twice.

Break ladder — top 30

Shield breakers: BREAK-weighted, with ATK and HP as tie-breakers.

Weighting Lab — rank the roster your way

The ladder above weighs the six base stats in fixed proportions. Move them here and the whole roster re-ranks live, with each Aniimo’s move against the default weighting beside it. For the raw numbers side by side, use the stat comparison. Stat Comparison

Stat weights

Each stat is scaled across the roster before it is weighted, so a weight is a share of the spread rather than of the raw number. Nothing here changes the ranking above: that one stays the page’s answer.

How the ladders are scored

  • DPS: ATK 40%, skill damage 30%, ultimate 30%.
  • Breaker: BREAK 45%, BREAK damage 35%, ATK 20%.
  • Support: team effects 35%, REGEN 25%, HP 20%, DEF 20%.
  • Healer: team effects 35%, HP 25%, DEF 20%, REGEN 20%.
  • Regen: REGEN 40%, team effects 30%, HP 15%, DEF 15%.
  • Game pick: +15 points for Aniimo on the game's own recommended lists.
  • Meta tiers are bands of the rank within a role: S is the top 15%, A to 40%, B to 70%, C below. Every input is a percentile across all ranked Aniimo, so each weight is a share of the score.
  • Combat = 34% ATK, 20% HP, 12% P.DEF, 12% M.DEF, 10% REGEN and 12% BREAK, each stat normalised against the whole roster.
  • Break = 60% BREAK, 25% ATK and 15% HP.
  • Exploration and Homeland = peak ability level × 2 plus the sum of every ability level, so a specialist and a generalist both rank.
  • Tiers follow rank percentile: S is the top 10%, A the top 25%, B the top 50%, C the top 75% and D the rest.

What this list does not measure: hits per skill, spatial counters, team synergy and how much you invest. Treat it as a starting point. Data & methodology

On the Oct 2026 meta tier list, 90 Aniimo are ranked within their role. The best in each role: Pawney (DPS), Magmarex (Breaker), Luminelle (Support), Gracewing (Healer), Erlath (Regen). This tier list ranks 196 Aniimo forms from their base stat tables, not from match data. The ladder ranks 196 of the 221 forms in the database: the 25 Prismana forms are left out because they copy their base form’s stats and would double every entry. 47 of the ranked species are also recommended by the game itself. Combat weights ATK at 34%, HP 20%, P.DEF 12%, M.DEF 12%, REGEN 10% and BREAK 12%. Tuckin (Grass, Breaker) tops the combat ladder. Tuckin is the best shield breaker. Erlath leads exploration with Glide level 3. Somniwing is the best Homeland worker, peaking in Grass across 3 jobs.

How is the Aniimo tier list ranked?

Each Aniimo is scored for its own role from its base stats and its kit — the power of its skills and ultimate, the BREAK damage they deal and the effects they give the team — then ranked within that role. Aniimo on the game's own recommended lists (47 of them) get a fixed +15 points. It is calculated from the game files and updated every build, not play-tested.

Which Aniimo has the best base stats?

Tuckin tops the combat stat ladder as a S-tier Breaker. Skills and team fit still matter.

How is the tier list calculated?

The role tier list weighs base stats, skill power, BREAK damage, team effects and the game’s own picks within each role. The separate combat ladder uses base stats only: ATK counts 34%, HP 20% and BREAK 12% of its score.

Is this tier list based on gameplay?

Partly. The role tier list scores base stats, skill and ultimate power, BREAK damage, team effects and the game’s own recommendations (47 Aniimo are marked “Game pick”), all read from the game files. It is not play-tested, so check the team builder for how a party fits together.

How many creatures are S tier?

15 of 90 Aniimo are S tier on the role tier list, the top 15% of each role. On the combat stat ladder, which ranks base stats alone, 20 forms are S tier.

Why does the tier list rank fewer forms than the database lists?

The database holds 221 forms, and 196 of them are ranked. The 25 Prismana forms are excluded: a Prismana keeps its base form’s stats, so ranking it would place the same numbers twice.

Which Aniimo is the best Homeland worker?

Somniwing, peaking in Grass and covering 3 jobs.

Is this launch data?

Yes — the stats are mined from the retail game client, build 1.0.3634150.
