Bot

When Singed Bot gets stronger, in the order it happens in a typical ranked game: ability unlocks from the most common skill order, item spikes at the median minute players finish them, and the game length Singed wins most.

All three basic abilities at level 3
Singed's full combo is online — the first point where trading all-in is realistic.
Lv 6
Ultimate rank 1 at level 6
The biggest early spike: look for a kill or a roam as soon as Singed hits it.
Lv 11
Ultimate rank 2 at level 11
Lower ultimate cooldown means more fights Singed can start or win.
Lv 16
Ultimate rank 3 at level 16
Lower ultimate cooldown means more fights Singed can start or win.

Item timings are medians: half of players finish later. Fall behind in farm and every item spike moves back with it.

Singed Mid and Late Game

Play to these strengths

Singed farms well (percentile 97): keep catching side waves between fights.
Singed brings crowd control (percentile 80): start the fight or follow up on a teammate's engage.
Singed soaks damage well (percentile 76): stand between the enemy and your carries.
Singed wins 10.0 points more in long games than short ones: avoid coin-flip fights early and let the game go long.

Playing Singed

Poison Trail is very effective at farming and harassing, allowing Singed to dominate the flow of whatever lane he's in.
Use Insanity Potion to trick your opponents into chasing you through your Poison Trail.
Flinging enemies into your tower can deal heavy amounts of damage to them.

Playing Against Singed

Keep your distance to avoid being Flung back into Singed's allies.
Singed needs to run close to your team to be effective. Try to take advantage of this by using crowd control effects on him while attacking his allies.
Be careful when chasing Singed. He's very difficult to bring down, and can leave his Poison Trail to damage you in your pursuit.
