Combat score weights attack 42%, HP 28%, defence 22% and mount speed 8%, each normalised across the whole Paldex. Work score rewards both peak work level and breadth, because a Pal covering four jobs at level 3 fills a base slot that a single specialist cannot. Nothing here is hand-placed, so the ranking moves with the game’s own numbers.
