How to import your world's progress
Minecraft keeps every player's advancement progress in a small JSON file inside the world folder. The checklist reads it in your browser.
- In the game, open Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder, then go up one folder: that's your .minecraft folder (on Windows also %appdata%\.minecraft).
- Open saves, then your world's folder, then advancements. On a server, the same folder is inside the server's world directory.
- There is one .json file per player, named after their UUID. Choose yours with "Import from save file" above.
- Done advancements are ticked, and for multi-part ones (Adventuring Time, A Balanced Diet, Monsters Hunted…) every criterion you already have is ticked too.
The file is read on your device and never uploaded. Signed in, only the ticks are saved to your account.
