Set 17 has 11 basic components: B.F. Sword, Recurve Bow, Needlessly Large Rod, Tear of the Goddess, Chain Vest, Negatron Cloak, Giant's Belt, Sparring Gloves. Any two of them combine into one of 65 craftable items, including two copies of the same component.

How do TFT item combinations work?

Any two components combine into one completed item, and the order does not matter - Spatula + Giant's Belt makes Blackthorn Emblem; Spatula + Needlessly Large Rod makes Blossom Emblem; Frying Pan + Giant's Belt makes Brawler Emblem. Drop one component onto a unit that already holds another and they craft immediately. Each unit can hold three completed items.

Can you combine two of the same component in TFT?

Yes, and several of the strongest items are made that way - two of the same component always produce a valid item. Those are the recipes on the diagonal of the chart above.

Is this cheat sheet up to date for Set 17?
