Do Substance Morph recipes have limits?

28 recipes are limited per character or per server, and 16 of those limits reset weekly. Every other morph can be repeated as long as you have the materials.

Which Substance Morph can fail?

Silver Medal of Merit has the lowest success chance, 10%. All 1 morphs below 100% are marked in the Success chance column.
