Do weapon skins change stats?
Not while applied: these skins only change how the weapon looks. Each one adds collection points to its weapon type, though, and those points give permanent stats: Longsword: Longsword Attack increase +0.1% per point (Longsword Attack increase +50% at the cap) and Greatsword: Greatsword Attack increase +0.1% per point (Greatsword Attack increase +50% at the cap) (and the same rate for 6 more slots). Each type caps at 500 points.
