How Cosmic Insight works
Inspiration · Row 3Cosmic Insight grants 18 summoner spell haste and 10 item haste.
- Summoner spell haste shortens Flash and your second spell, which compounds over a long game.
- Item haste speeds up active items, so it gains value on champions who rely on item actives in fights.
- A dependable pick for the secondary tree when no other Inspiration rune fits the champion.
