The Shugo Festival is AION 2's hourly minigame event: every hour at :00 server time, every day, one of 9 rewarded minigames (Jump Jump, Wraith Evasion, Mysterious Track, Hidden Lugi, Odyle Flight Frenzy, Goldrin's Treasure, Defend Shugo Merchants, Up! Up! Up!, and Not This Tile?) opens in Verteron and Altgard. Rounds last 3–5 minutes after a 3-minute lobby; rewards scale with your level in 9 brackets and a Shugo Festival Reward Key doubles them.

The Shugo Festival event is made up of various mini-games.
Play different mini-games at scheduled times and earn rewards.

Open Main Menu → Shugo Festival to see which minigame is active this hour and where; the lobby opens 3 minutes before the round.
Play the round and finish as high as you can – rewards are paid by rank, with a participation reward for everyone.
Spend a Shugo Festival Reward Key when claiming to open the reward-key package too; keys refill +3 a day at 16:00 server time, up to 12 stored (21 with a membership). Centuryroot Tokens buy items at the Festival Shop.

The 9 rewarded minigames

Jump Jump	2 min 55 s	—	Dodge the lasers and touch the festival balloons! You will gain points for every balloon touched. Be careful, because touching the laser will deduct points!
Wraith Evasion	5 min	—	Evade the wraiths and collect Odyle Drops. Getting caught by a wraith will transform you into one, preventing you from collecting Odyle Drops. However, you can break free from wraith form by turning another Daeva into a wraith.
Mysterious Track	5 min	—	Mount your pets and race to the finish line as quickly as possible! Avoid obstacles in your path and outpace your opponents to take the lead. Collect items along the track to gain powerful boosts!
Hidden Lugi	3 min 30 s	2	Players are transformed into either a Shugo or a Lugi. Lugi earn points by collecting Odyle Drops, but must avoid being discovered by any Shugo! Shugo must find the disguised Lugi to earn a large number of points.
Odyle Flight Frenzy	3 min 30 s	—	How many points can your flying skill earn you? Use your flying skills to collect as many Odyle Drops as you can within the time limit. Don't forget to pass through flying circles to gain acceleration and maintain your Flight Power.
Goldrin's Treasure	3 min 50 s	—	Find as many treasure chests as possible within the time limit. Earn points by collecting the treasures inside each chest. Watch for light beams that indicate nearby treasure chest locations.
Defend Shugo Merchants	5 min	—	Fight off waves of enemies and protect the Shugo Merchants! Using a Petrification Chest will stop enemies from moving. Exploding insectoids have low HP, but are immune to petrification and cause serious damage when they explode, so be careful!
Up! Up! Up!	5 min	—	You have been transformed into a Gravi and dropped into a special realm of moving platforms. Use your jumping ability to climb ever higher and reach the greatest height possible. Your rank is determined by the checkpoints you reach and the remaining distance to the next checkpoint. Reach the first checkpoint to become eligible for rewards. Keyboard controls are recommended.
Not This Tile?	3 min 15 s	—	Test your memory skills. Memorize the colors and paths of the tiles while they are briefly revealed, then locate them again. Your ranking is based on your total score across 8 rounds.

Shugo's Dilemma	5 min	3	Gather on the platform with the exact number of players shown. Platforms with higher numbers award more points. Players who fail to match the required number on a platform lose points. Collect Odyle Drops to earn bonus points.
