[XX/XX] Retreated again. A cycle of fleeing death in the daytime and looking for an opening to attack that bastard at night. I can't stop even if the soles of my feet are shredded and bleeding. I can't even begin to guess if there will ever be an end to this war of attrition. [XX/XX] Buried another person in the cool ground today. I could barely cover them with dirt before leaving, let alone put up a proper headstone. Mourning is a luxury. Everyone that's left get's all stirred up by a single tear from me. I held my breath and hid among the cold bodies of my friends in that blood-soaked hell. And unfortunately, I survived. Lingering misery became rage. I couldn't lift a finger back then, I was so cowardly. It makes me sick. Leaving me alive will be the last mistake you ever make, Atheron. I will make you regret this. I swear it.
