Yustiel's power was akin to restoration: the ability to mend what had crumbled and purify what had grown murky. The natural flow of life giving way to death, of clarity yielding to murkiness, was the accepted order of Atreia. Yustiel's power, which defied that order by restoring life to its original vitality, was widely celebrated for its rarity and nobility, and it was only natural that countless followers would gather in their wake. Yustiel was revered not for this power alone. An equally warm and radiant nature, paired with an unwavering dedication to using those noble gifts in Atreia's service, drew even greater admiration. Eltnen had been slowly withering from the very beginning, for the Odyle essence woven into its land was weak. Taking pity on the countless lives barely surviving in this barren landscape, Yustiel, together with their followers, created the Mystic Spring in Eltnen. The endless pure waters flowing from it revived the countless lives dwelling in that land. Life naturally gathered around the Mystic Spring, and the followers who remained in Eltnen to maintain it endlessly praised Yustiel's nobility to all who came. Yustiel's compassion knew no bounds, extending to friend and foe alike. On the day the Great Cataclysm brought AION to ruin, as the Dragon Lords unleashed indiscriminate attacks and the Empyrean Lords and Daeva fought fiercely to resist, Yustiel, too, was in the midst of healing fallen allies when a dragon came crashing down, caught in the crossfire. Yustiel stopped Kaisinel, the Empyrean Lord of Illusion and Fear, from immediately striking off the dragon's head, and approached the creature writhing in pain to heal its wounds. This act of treating an enemy mid-battle was revered by some as nobility and criticized by others as being swayed by compassion. —That criticism came primarily from Kaisinel, the Empyrean Lord at the opposite end of the temperament spectrum.—
