After finding the path through the forest and rescuing lost foragers on the way, the Supreme Evoker appeared and used their soul-corrupting powers on a witch to stop you from reaching the cave entrance. Still, with everything you've learned on your journey, not even a soul corrupted witch could stand in your way. Now there is only one way forward: down into the Deep Dark.
