In the Nick of Time needs you to interact with a Lantern while below 20% Health and with no Ferrofluid Flasks left. Resting there restores your Health, so this is about arriving in bad shape, not staying in it.

Set it up on purpose: drink every Flask, take hits from a weak enemy near a Lantern until your Health bar is below a fifth, then walk to the Lantern and interact. Pair it with Rookie Mistake: once the Flasks are gone, press heal one more time before you reach the Lantern.
