How to get Symphony of Steel
Game dataIn-game condition: “Perform 10 Parries without taking damage.”
Symphony of Steel needs 10 Parries in a row without taking damage. A Parry is pressing Block just as an attack lands: it negates all damage, costs no Endurance and hits the attacker's Posture hard. Every parryable attack of the enemies you fight before Entropy uses the default 0.2-second window, so the timing is the same everywhere; what changes is how readable the enemy is.
Use the Saber or the Rapier: the Claymore can't parry at all. The Rapier's Parries are stronger, but it can't block properly, so a mistimed press costs Health. Practise on Risen Soldiers (the most common enemy, 187 spawners) near a Lantern, avoid enemies with red unblockable attacks, and rest to bring them back if the streak breaks.
General Lothaire is a good test later: 26 of the attacks in his fight are parryable.
