From the days of the Elyos-Asmodian War, Reda has fought unceasingly on the front lines for the Elyos. Her commanding presence and powerful magical ability were more than enough to rally allies on the battlefield. A peer to the legendary Elyos hero Akarios, Reda eventually swore the Illusion Covenant with Kaisinel. The content of a covenant with an Empyrean Lord is known only to the one who receives it, and the details of that made by Reda remains undisclosed. However, considering the historical context that followed and the formation of the Illusion Cavaliers under Reda's leadership, one may draw some insights. After the Great Catastrophe, the Empyrean Lords split into two factions: the Elyos and Asmodians. Neither side held much hope for Atreia's future. A few still quietly dreamed of restoring ancient Atreia, a unified land where Elyos and Asmodians would once again live as one people. But the threat of Odyle's extinction was too pressing for any Lord to express such ideals openly. To the Empyrean Lords, choosing which side should survive was not a question of morality or justice. Both were equally deserving. In other words, as long as Atreia endured, it no longer mattered which side survived with it. Thus, the debate between the two factions remained at an impasse, and as time passed, it increasingly felt like a matter of simple numerical logic—a natural resolution where winners and losers would be determined. At the time, the Elyos had a powerful casus belli: the tragedy of Deltras. And in war, nothing outranks a righteous cause. Each Lord began selecting promising candidates to train as warriors, leading to the formation of the Cavaliers. Though each group pursued different missions and philosophies, they were all united by a single purpose: total victory for the Elyos. And yet, the war between Elyos and Asmodians dragged on for over two millennia. Worse still, with the Abyss opening into a three-way conflict among Elyos, Asmodians, and Balaur, Odyle depletion accelerated rapidly. It was during this time that scholars began to speak aloud a grim prophecy: the complete extinction of AION. In response, Kaisinel summoned Reda and his personal Spiritmasters to the Ardus Shrine, where they endured a grueling Cavalier trial over the span of seven days. Reda passed Kaisinel's trial with ease and inherited two honors: the Illusion Orb, one of the Illusion God's relics, and the title of High Priestess of the Ardus Shrine, where the Illusion God resided. The founding of the Illusion Cavaliers came later, but from this moment, it was clear that Reda had already been chosen as part of the Empyrean Lord's plan. The Illusion Cavaliers were officially established under the mission of protecting Verteron. Since then, they have devoted their efforts to maintaining Verteron Fortress and enhancing the power of the Barrier Towers. Those whom Kaisinel favored shared one key trait: a profound mastery of magic. They could follow the Spirit energy that others could not, and more importantly, they had the rare ability to reinterpret and manifest that energy through their own spells.
