How to get Gun of Glory

Gun of Glory unlocks when any one Firearm reaches level 10, its maximum. Upgrades are done at James's Iron Bench, and taking one gun from level 1 to 10 costs 6 Standard, 6 Superior, 3 Exquisite and 1 Masterwork Firearm Parts.
The bottleneck is that single Masterwork Firearm Parts: James never sells it, and only two are placed in the whole game, one in City of Orphans and one in the University. Exquisite Parts are placed 13 times across eight regions, and James sells one for 6,000 Catalysts after Chapter IX. Standard and Superior Parts are common pickups, and James stocks them from the start and after Chapter V.
Which gun? The Pistol (30 → 60 damage) is the one you use most, the Musket (150 → 300) gains the most per shot, and the Blunderbuss raises its per-shot cap from 150 to 350. Upgrade the one you will keep.
