    I came across the prison warden's quarters: clearly a man of unusual musical inclination. In his diary, he writes of his desire to create a symphony in honour of Napoleon.

    The door to the prison chapel is locked. Perhaps the key is somewhere nearby; I should search the officers' quarters.

    The second part of the warden's diary was deeply unsettling. He writes like a man possessed, consumed by an idea to the brink of madness. He mentions the 'Choir Room' — surely, he means the chapel. I must find the key to that place.

    I now have the key to the prison chapel. I should go and see what lies within, though something within me dreads the thought...

    This place seems torn straight from a nightmare. The prison warden was mad indeed; he tortured his prisoners and treated their cries of agony as music; a symphony for the Emperor. I have found a list of the prisoners he killed; I should place it on a bulletin board along the boulevard. The people must know what transpired here.

    Final entry

    I have posted the letter on the bulletin board. I hope the families of those who perished in the 'choir' will find some measure of comfort in learning the truth. And if they didn't have families... Well, no one deserves such a fate, and no one's tragic death deserves to be concealed like this.
