How to get Windhover

Windhover needs three Pistol kills while you are aiming in mid-air. The Pistol is quick and holds 5 rounds, but it hits for only 30 at level 1 (60 at level 10), so pick targets that die in one or two shots.
Risen Musketeers are the best prey: 70 Health with a ×2 headshot multiplier, so one head hit kills them from Pistol level 3 (36 damage, 72 to the head); at level 1 it takes two. Spewers (50 Health) also go down to two body shots at level 1. The Pistol keeps full damage out to 20 m, then falls to 10% at 35 m, so jump in close.
Jump or wall-run, aim while airborne and keep firing. Automatic Mayhem at Pistol level 10 drastically increases the rate of fire if you want more shots per jump.
