How to use Perfectionism

Calculated

Perfectionism adds 10% melee damage while your Health is full, 15% at rank II and 20% at rank III. All three copies are in chests (Valley of Ashes, Caverns and Vale of Wrath), so rank III is ready by region V.

It pays off for players who parry and dodge cleanly: one hit and the bonus is gone until you are back to full. Wound that Heals and Dominatus refill you, and Silent Squeak helps you open fights untouched. Glass Soldier makes every hit you take hurt more and Payback wants you at low Health, so both work against it.

Written from the Amber's own parameters, where its copies are placed and its listed pairings; rank II values marked as interpolated are estimates between rank I and rank III.
