How does cold work in Permafrost?

Body warmth drops in cold zones and bad weather. As it falls you pass through 3 cold tiers (Bone-Chilling Cold, Deadly Cold Zone, Hypothermia). Raise thermal insulation with clothing, warm up at a fire or brazier, and eat or drink hot items to recover.

What happens when you are hungry?

Hunger progresses through A Bit Hungry, Famished, Starving. Eat food to reverse it; cooked dishes restore more than raw ingredients.

How do I cure Bleeding?

Use Bandage, Makeshift Bandage, Military Bandage. 4 status effects in total are removed by an item; each card above lists them.

Which effects show on the HUD?

5 effects show a HUD icon; the rest announce themselves with a popup when applied.
